Dell G3, A laptop or piece of Junk

A few months back, I bought Dell’s budget gaming laptop, G3-3590. It cost me 77,000 Indian National Rupees to buys this laptop. The salesman of the shop guaranteed me that nothing will happen to the laptop, its hinge will be all good. it will not break, but not even a month after purchase, The laptop showed me its true colors. The LCD panel of the laptop broke and came out. I was devasted. I contacted Dell India and their answer was,” Sorry sir, we apologize for your inconvenience. I need to talk to the senior management about it. Please wait for some days till I could write back to you. I was seriously shocked. Like first, I wait for someone to pick up the phone for one and a half hours, then you say this. I was speechless. Well after a few days, he wrote back to me and told me that I will get a new laptop but after 3 months. What could I do, it is what it is. Well, I got a new system and it is doing well, but I did not expect such pathetic service from Dell. My family is using dell for the past 12 years, but what I experienced, I have to think twice now before buying anything from Dell.
